Independence Of Pakistan

Independence Day Of Pakistan

Independence Day Of The Pakistan August 14,

There is a lot of noise on the occasion of Pakistan's Independence Day. There are a lot of folk songs. National flags are hoisted on the roofs of houses, vehicles and motorcycles, a slogan of Pakistan Movement era in newspapers, Pakistan means "La ilaha ila Allah" but anyone tell us what the meaning of freedom is.

No one raises the question that how free is the nation that celebrates the Independence Day of Pakistan on August 14 with so much enthusiasm?

The Founder Of Pakistan

The founder of Pakistan, Father of the Nation, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, while addressing the meeting of Karachi Municipal Corporation on 25 August 1947, said:Our aim is not only to free every citizen from all kinds of poverty and fear but also to provide them with blessings like freedom, brotherhood and equality. On Independence Day, Quaid-e-Azam also explained to us the difference between freedom and unrestrainedness.

Quaid-e-Azam Speech At Dhaka University

When speaking at Dhaka University on March 24, 1948, he said, "Freedom does not mean unrestrained ness, it does not mean that you ignore the interests of other citizens and the country and adopt whatever behavior you want." It is important that we act as a united and organized nation." Whenever I read the speeches and interviews of Quaid-e-Azam about the Independence Day, I see today's Pakistan as opposed to the thoughts of the father of the nation.

British government also tried to Quais

Quaid-i-Azam was neither a landlord nor a big capitalist. He earned money from his advocacy and invested in politics. Basically they belonged to the middle class. He was a self-made man whom the British government also tried to buy and the Congress also misled him.

Mr Raj Gopal Achari Offered To Prime Minister Of India

When in 1940 Raj Gopal Achari offered to make Quaid-e-Azam the Prime Minister of United India, he refused. In 1947, Mahatma Gandhi again offered to make him the Prime Minister of United India, but the Quaid-i-Azam again rejected this offer. It was a sign of his anti-imperialism that he gave a speech in favor of Bhagat Singh in the Legislative Assembly.

Quaid-e-Azam declared Pakistan's Independence Day

Pakistan and India became independent on August 15, but Quaid-e-Azam declared Pakistan's Independence Day as August 14 because August 15 was the day of victory of the Allied Army over Japan in World War II. The Allied Army dropped atomic bombs on Hiroshima on August 6 and Nagasaki on August 9, after which Japan surrendered on August 15, 1945.

Commander Mountbatten

At that time, Mountbatten was the commander of the allied army before which the Japanese surrendered in Singapore and on the same day the allied army announced its withdrawal from Korea. The Independence Day of South Korea and North Korea is also August 15, but Quaid-i-Azam did not consider it appropriate to associate his Independence Day with the day of victory of the imperialist powers.

After the Death Of Quaid-e-Azam

Unfortunately, after the death of Quaid-e-Azam, Pakistan was taken over by the feudal class. These feudal lords became the sycophants of the military dictators. The military dictators were the servants of the same imperialist powers.

Pakistan National Flag Story

When Syed Anveer Qadwai in his book "National Flag Story" has found the connection between the green crescent flag and the opposition movement. His father Syed Amiruddin Qadwai along with Mir Ghulam Bhik Nirang and Allama Raghib Ahsan designed the flag of Pakistan. Which was approved by Quaid-i-Azam. In the Pakistani flag has green and white color and has white stars same related to the moon and stars in the flag of Turkey.

You can see this moon and star in the flags of Pakistan and Turkey as well as many Muslim countries including Algeria, Azerbaijan, Libya, Malaysia, Maldives, Mauritania, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan which represents Islamic civilization and culture.

A special white color was added to the flag of Pakistan to represent peace and security as well as non-Muslim Pakistanis. Waving and saluting the green crescent flag on August 14 does not protect freedom. The protection of freedom is possible only when you consider freedom as desirable. Freedom means that every citizen should be given the rights promised in the Constitution of Pakistan

The current constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan was promulgated on 14 August 1973. This constitution was signed by the leaders of every school of thought from Clean Shaiv Muslims to Barish Muslims. The government also signed and the opposition also signed.

Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and Abdul Wali Khan
etc Signed This Constitution

Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and Khan Abdul Wali Khan were clean shavers. Maulana Mufti Mehmood, Maulana Ghulam Ghos Hazarvi, Maulana Abdul Haq, Maulana Muhammad Shafi Okarvi, Mahmood Azam Farooqui, Professor Ghafoor Ahmad and Zafar Ahmad Ansari, besides non-Muslims like Bashir Masih and PK Shahani also signed this constitution.

Educated women like Dr Ashraf Abbasi and Jennifer Jahanzeb Qazi Musa also signed this 1973 constitution.  This constitution protects the rights of journalists except non-Muslims and women.

In the Independence Day of August 14, 2024, 51 years of this constitution were completed.

The protection of this 1973 constitution is actually the protection of the complete independence of Pakistan.

Whoever violates this constitution is suspect. According to this constitution, freedom means that the citizens of Pakistan can exercise their right to vote as they wish. No one should steal their vote. Liberty means that the law should be equal for all. Trials should be conducted not only on politicians and journalists but also on them.

Article 244 Of The Construction

Those who took an oath not to interfere in politics under Article 244 of the Constitution, but they openly interfere in politics and no one is going to ask them.
Independence means that the military as well as the judiciary should stay away from politics. Judges should not be given the impression that they are loyal to a particular political party rather than the Constitution.

Freedom means that intellectuals and journalists should not be loyal to any party or group but only to reality. Point out the facts wherever they see them. Freedom of expression does not mean that journalists become the spokesperson of one party and attack the other party.

The role of each institution is defined in the constitution of Pakistan.
Institutions should be limited to the role defined in the constitution. The organization that will go out of its sphere will be a threat to the national freedom of Pakistan.

Believe it or not, a country where secret agencies can kidnap its own citizens without trial and not bring them to court. Such a state could only belong to Hitler, Stalin and Modi, but it cannot be the state of Quaid-e-Azam.

The true measure of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinna is love for Pakistan on Independence Day is how much you respect the Constitution of Pakistan.

If you respect the constitution in the light of the teachings of Quaid-e-Azam, then you are protecting the freedom of Pakistan. If you are not implementing the constitution under the guise of any justification, then you are a threat to the
freedom of Pakistan.
