People who are more lustful often neglect their religious duties and remembrance of Allah.

Lust can be controlled by engaging in prayer, fasting, and worship.

In the light of the Holy Qur'an and Hadith, it has been instructed to seek help from Allah Almighty and find peace in lawful relationships.

 2. Avoidance of pornographic content

It is important to stay away from viewing pornographic content and indecent conversation or environment.

 3. The decree of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). 

The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said that if marriage is not possible, fast, because this act can be a means of reducing lust.

 4. Engagement in positive activities

 Engaging in regular exercise, study, or other interesting activities can keep the mind under control.

 5. Referral to experts

If the problem of lust is more serious, help should be sought from a psychologist or a religious scholar.

Hypersexuality is one such problem.  Which can be solved through common sense, religious teachings and medical advice.  It is part of human nature.  But it is very important to keep it in moderation so that it is beneficial and not harmful.  Allah has given lust to man, but controlling it and using it within lawful limits is an important principle of Islam.
